Economical platform vehicle

A platform vehicle for two people that keeps things simple, practical, and affordable — for every type of maintenance work throughout the whole year. That was the initial thought process after experimenting with different and smaller platforms on the Lady. The goal was to build something stronger and more stable that everyone could use. And then — yes, the result... honestly, where do you find a reliable platform vehicle in today’s world for under €15,000?

Lightweight and gentle on the ground

A light machine helps in many ways — easier transport, less pressure on the soil, and safer handling. Weighing around 300 kg, the Landlady is particularly suitable for modern orchard structures. One simple task here, another one in the next field…some growers even prefer the light Landlady over large lifting platforms, as heavy machines often cause additional work, soil compaction, and reduced maneuverability. Its low weight and long reach can make it a practical companion for different tasks throughout the year.

Wider and longer wheelbase

Since the Landlady does not feature slope compensation, it is best suited for flat terrain up to about 10% incline. An even wider and longer wheelbase than our other machines provides a balanced and stable base. Two people can work side by side safely and comfortably. The machine can be used for many types of work – pruning, binding, thinning, or even opening hail nets – essentially for most maintenance operations throughout the year.

Fixed standing height

The fixed standing height of 1.28m – 1.48m allows for safe work in tree areas between 1.50m and 3.50m. A variable standing height is currently under development, allowing the platform to be adjusted slightly during operation. This feature is still in progress (status: November 2025). For whom is the Landlady the right choice?

The Landlady is the right choice if you prefer a strong and economical platform machine for year-round maintenance tasks such as pruning, thinning, tying, and hail-net work. Harvesting should not be the priority when choosing the Landlady. It is our strongest and most stable platform, ideal for growers who work on flat land. It is also the most convenient option, as nothing needs to be mounted, changed, or adjusted — the platform is fixed directly to the machine.

How long can I work with the standard battery?

With the standard battery, you can usually operate the machine for a full day — except in rare cases, such as fast-paced hail net work. In those situations, we can upgrade to the maximum battery capacity to ensure you still complete a full day of work. Typically, you take the battery home, charge it overnight, and start fresh the next day.

What is the difference between Lady, Berglady and Landlady?

The Lady is mainly a bin transporter, ideal for harvesting in the lower part of the trees, while a single-man platform can also be added for various tasks throughout the year. The Berglady is our all-rounder, capable of harvesting in the lower area, reaching the middle and higher zones with pedestal add-ons, performing year-round maintenance work for up to two people when equipped with the platform add-on, and operating safely on steep slopes of up to 40%. The Landlady, on the other hand, is a pure platform vehicle designed for year-round tasks such as pruning, thinning, tying, and tree care. It is not optimized for harvesting, but excels as our strongest and most stable platform on flat land.
