Lighter Weigth, Superior Performance

We equip our machines with state-of-the-art lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4), which are cycle-proof and manufactured without rare earths (nickel, cobalt) and have a longer lifespan than lithium-ion batteries. Compared to lead batteries, our batteries weigh only approx. 25%, making them much easier to handle and transport.

Special Design

We have developed a special, purpose-built design for our batteries to increase safety and robustness and to enable possible inspection/repair. Various plastic and metal housings have been developed. These variants are designed so that they can also be used for machines from other manufacturers.

Leave Machinery, Take Only Batteries

Depending on your needs, it is possible to leave the machines in the orchard in the evening and only remove the batteries to charge them overnight at home. This means you don't have to spend time and energy transporting your machines from one place to another.

FAQs

You should be able to work with the machine (standard battery) for at least 1 day, except in absolutely exceptional cases (quick hail net work). Normally, you take the battery home with you, charge it during the night and start again fully the next day.

If someone drives a lot of inclines in their orchards and also uses the platform or the harvesting ladders a lot and therefore 2 people work with them, it can make sense to increase the battery capacity. We have various options for this. In this case, please contact us.

While in most cases the normal standard lithium battery is sufficient to work for at least one day, the battery capacities can be customized to the needs of the customer. The 1280W lithium battery offers a little more capacity if, for example, someone is riding uphill or generally covers a lot of distance. The 1638W lithium battery offers even more capacity. Finally, the 2688W is the battery with the most capacity. The 1638W version is also available in a 48V version. In addition, we have developed our own metal housing for three of our battery types, which makes them more stable and easier to handle.
